Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Technical Expert - Software Engineering contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

5+ years software engineering experience
Proven code review and debugging skills
Experience with algorithms and systems design
Strong written technical communication
Familiarity with cloud and full-stack development

Compensation

Pay range is $90–$120/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
