What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Trade Surveillance Expert (Market Abuse & Conduct Monitoring) contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

5+ years trade/market surveillance experience
Used Nasdaq SMARTS, NICE Actimize, or similar
Strong knowledge of SEC, MAR, MiFID II, FCA
Investigated market abuse alerts and documented outcomes
Experience at banks, exchanges, or surveillance vendors

Compensation

Pay is $100/hr. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
