What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Trainium (NKI) Kernel Expert contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

2+ years NKI kernel work on Trainium/Inferentia2
Assessed CUDA→NKI migration quality
Deep knowledge of NKI memory hierarchy and DMA
Experience with Trainium performance profiling tools
Familiar with cross-platform numerical-correctness standards

Compensation

Pay range is $70–$90/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
