What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote UK-Based Labor & Employment Lawyers contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Qualified UK solicitor or barrister (England & Wales, Scotland, or NI)
3+ years employment and labour law practice
Experience with employment tribunals, contracts, and workplace disputes
Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation (Employment Rights Act, Equality Act)
Available for remote, flexible contract work

Compensation

Pay range is $225–$250/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
