What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote UK-Based Legal Experts: US Finance contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Based in the UK
Associate, Senior Associate, Counsel, or Partner at US law firm
Experience in PE, M&A, or cross-border finance
Prior work at Kirkland, Latham, White & Case, or similar
US bar qualification (nice to have)

Compensation

Pay range is $130–$170/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
