Gridnaut Recruiters is seeking experienced U.S.-based arbitration attorneys to participate in a research project. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years of practice in arbitration, with demonstrated expertise in dispute resolution. Your work will support the development of AI systems trained on legal reasoning.

Hourly Rate: $100 per hour (USD)
Responsibilities:
- Apply arbitration expertise to evaluate legal reasoning and dispute resolution scenarios
- Review and assess AI-generated legal content for accuracy and quality
- Complete structured research tasks with consistency and accuracy
Requirements:
- Active U.S. law license
- 10+ years arbitration experience
- Based in the United States
- Demonstrated expertise in dispute resolution
Contract Terms:
Independent contractor. Fully remote, work on your own schedule. Your work with Gridnaut Recruiters will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information. Payments weekly on Stripe or Wise.
