What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote US Contract Attorney — In-House Counsel contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Compare pairs of responses to in-house legal tasks (contract review, policy and compliance questions, risk assessments and business-facing legal advice) and decide which is stronger, with clear reasoning
Write concise justifications grounded in the source documents and applicable US law
Create realistic legal prompts, fact patterns and model answers drawn from your in-house experience
Flag errors, gaps and risky advice in AI-generated legal content
Remote, independent contractor engagement through Gridnaut Recruiting.

Compensation

Pay range is $100–$120/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
