What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote US Patent Attorney — Prosecution & Litigation contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Review patent-related outputs (prosecution and/or litigation work product) and assess their quality against defined dimensions
Annotate inline, flagging legal, technical, factual, claim-construction and citation errors
Provide clear, well-reasoned explanations for each judgment
Complete all assigned reviews within the review window
Remote, independent contractor engagement through Gridnaut Recruiting.

Compensation

Pay is $180/hr. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
