What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Utilisation Management / Case Management leader (RN/Physician-advisor) contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

5+ years UM/case management experience
2+ years in UM/CM leadership
Active RN license or MD/DO
InterQual, MCG, or Milliman expertise
CPUR, ACM, or CCM credential (preferred)

Compensation

Pay range is $100–$150/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
