Key Responsibilities:

Deliver all project objectives for linear transportation-related drainage and stormwater projects
Lead project planning, budgeting, and team coordination
Manage stakeholder communication and project risks
Perform stormwater modeling and quality assurance reviews
Support proposal development and business growth

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from ABET-accredited program
8+ years transportation experience
Virginia PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months
Prior VDOT project experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Microstation, and ProjectWise
